The Different Face Mapping Zones

There are different areas on the face that will determine what areas of your body internally you need to work on. These areas are better known as zones, and there are a total of 14 zones on the face. These zones are:

Zone 1 – The Forehead
Zone 2 – The Eyebrows
Zone 3 – The Forehead
Zone 4 – The Ears
Zone 5 – The Cheeks
Zone 6- The Eyes
Zone 7 – The Nose
Zone 8 – The Eyes
Zone 9 – The Cheeks
Zone 10 – The Ears
Zone 11 – The Jawline
Zone 12 – The Chin and The Upper Lip
Zone 13 – The Jawline
Zone 14 – The Neck

As you can see, the different zones are fairly easy to differentiate. There are two of some zones as they will represent the left and right side of the face. When you are studying the different breakouts that you are experiencing, you will want to take note of the zones mentioned above. Each of these zones will represent a different thing your skin is telling you.

Here are a few examples of what these different zones mean:

Zone 12 – The Chin

When you experience breakouts on your chin, these are likely caused as a result of hormonal changes. They are particularly prevalent during a person’s period, especially in the days leading up to this. These types of breakouts will tend to clear after a period, and are common amongst those who experience menstruation.

Zone 9 – The Cheeks

A lot of breakouts tend to occur on the cheeks as a result of bacteria. If you are coming into contact with bacteria, this is a big cause. When thinking about your cheeks, they are somewhere where many people apply makeup, and also touch your phone screen.

You should regularly disinfect your phone screen to ensure that it remains clean and sanitary. Some people will also experience hyperpigmentation, and congestion in this area too.

Zone 7 – The Nose

When it comes to the nose, if it is particularly red, this could be a sign of high blood pressure. Given this it is worth visiting a doctor if you have any concerns about this. It is normal to experience pores on your nose. However, if you have capillaries that are showing, this can be a sign you are damaging the skin if you are trying to get rid of potential black heads.
These are only a handful of different ways you can use face mapping to see how healthy your body is as a whole.
